It's difficult to tell which one is technically more annoying.
The only reason the original Rick Roll is annoying is because it's been WAY overdone for a long time.
Currently, most people find the Russian Roll funny because it's new and hasn't lost it's comedic appeal. However, when people start using it as much as they use Rick Roll, then it'll be just as annoying because we'll all get sick of it, just as everyone has with the Rick Roll.
Taking all that into consideration, if both had been used just as long as Rick Roll, (in which case,
both would be annoying), then I would have to say the Russian Roll is more annoying because he's not singing anything coherent. At least Rick Roll comes from an actual song. The Russian Roll is just a guy babbling incoherently with a rapist smile. Technically speaking, if you listened to both songs for the same amount of time, you would get sick of the Russian one quicker.
Sorry to bring all the technicalities into this...
